  1. I called Directv customer service and they made sure to tell me that they were in a city (forgot name) in New York. I was so surprised by this kind gesture that I knew it was going to a pleasant experience…and it was!

    1. Sherry, I’ve had the same experiences with DirectTV and with AT&T Wireless customer service. US based, understandable, understand the idiosyncrasies or our language, efficient, and worth every extra cent it may be costing me.
